Ingredients:
- 250ml whole or semi-skimmed milk/almond milk
- 60-70ml espresso (a double shot)
- A handful of ice cubes
- 2-3 pumps of POCCO vanilla coffee syrup
- 3-4 squirts of chocolate sauce plus extra for garnish
Method:
- In a small cup, mix your double shot of espresso with 3 squirts of your chocolate sauce and set aside.
- Next, in your glass, add 2-3 pumps of your POCCO vanilla coffee syrup and your milk followed by your ice cubes.
- When you are ready to serve, pour over your espresso chocolate mixture into the serving glass followed by chocolate sauce and dried edible flowers (optional). Enjoy right away!
