Air Fryer Gochujang Tofu Nuggets

Delicious, crunchy, and so easy to make! 😉


1 block of firm tofu, patted dry

200g of panko

150g of plain flour/gf plain flour

1 tsp of Nikis Korean Blend

1/2 tsp of Alleppo chilli

1/4 tsp of garlic powder

1/4 tsp of garlic powder

1/4 tsp of ground turmeric

1/2 tsp of smoked sea salt

A small handful of black and white sesame seeds

1 egg

1 tbsp of gochujang sauce

2 tbsps of mayonnaise


1. Slice your dry tofu into nuggets and set aside.

2. In a large mixing bowl, add your panko, flour, and spices and mix well with a fork.

3. In a smaller bowl, whisk your egg with your gochujang and add your tofu nuggets to this mixture. Coat well and then dredge your nuggets in the panko mixture.

4. In one even layer, air fry your nuggets for 7-10 minutes at 180°C.

5. Serve with extra gochujang sauce mixed with mayonnaise and garnished with black and white sesame seeds. Enjoy!
