Ah glorious summer, time for my Mango and Coconut-Vanilla Lollies! ☀️ They’re so fruity, creamy and fresh! Dairy free and oh so satisfying, these lollies are sure to cool you down this summer, only 5 ingredients too!
All you need is:
400ml of coconut milk
200ml of coconut cream
2 tablespoons of honey/maple syrup
1 large ripe mango
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract @steenbergsltd
- Blend your coconut milk, cream, vanilla extract and chosen sweetener in a blender and set aside.
- Rinse out your blender and purée your mango and pour a little into your ice lolly mounds. Pour your coconut cream mixture and now alternate with you’re fruit purée. Freeze overnight and enjoy!
