Strawberries & Cream Frappucino


A large handful of ice

240ml of dairy-free milk

2 shots of POCCO vanilla coffee syrup

For the strawberry sauce:

250g of fresh strawberries

4 tablespoons of maple syrup

  • Cooked down in a small saucepan until thickened, cool in the fridge before using OR use strawberry sauce

Squirty Cream/ Dairy-free cream

A small handful of freeze-dried strawberries


1. Place the dairy-free milk, vanilla pocco syrup and ice into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour the strawberry sauce into glasses and pour your vanilla drink over the top.  Squirt some more strawberry sauce in the drink and on top

3. Whip some dairy-free cream, add into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip nozzle, and pipe a swirl of cream to each drink OR use squirty cream.

Top with a freeze-dried strawberries, serve and enjoy immediately!
