š Tomato And Garlic Confit:
200g of cherry tomatoes and a handful of peeled garlic cloves
1 tsp of perfect salt
1/2 tsp of traditional sea salt
š¶ Spicy Garlic Confit:
1 tsp of Aleppo chilli flakes
1/2 tsp of cracked black pepper
Handful of peeled garlic cloves
š Golden Garlic Confit:
1/4 tsp of ground turmeric
1/2 tsp of traditional sea salt
Handful of peeled garlic cloves
š§ Simply cover each heatproof/cast-iron dish with olive oil and air fry for 25 mins at 180°C.
