Niki’s Marinated Feta and Olives

Greek Week is finally here! I am starting things off by showcasing some marinated starters for Greek cuisine. There is always so much to choose from so I have narrowed it down to a couple of our must haves and here we have marinated feta and herby Greek olives. 

Simply take a block of feta and wash and drain well. Pa dry and place on your serving plate. Next, sprinkle over Alleppo chilli, dill, Mediterranean salt and a good glug of olive oil over your feta. 

For the olives, simply sprinkle over a generous amount of our oregano and some extra olive oil and allow to marinade for at least 10 minutes before enjoying your Greek starters!
