Colour is my day-long obsession, joy and torment – Claude Monet

Coming from my favourite painter, I share the exact same view: It’s all about colour. I obsess about it.

From a young age I remember being told off for colouring the wrong colours in certain pictures when I was in school…that I used too many colours…colouring outside of the lines…etc. Of course, I never listened and continued to use a lot of colour where I could.

Colour is everything to me. Naturally, I have taken my love for colour to other places, including my food styling. My plates are my canvas and I’m fortunate to be able to find such colourful and beautiful plates – my love obsession with colour continues and will not end I’m sure!
