Showcasing some lovely and seasonal purple radish from Norfolk today in a simple yet zingy carpaccio. Simply sliced up paper thin radishes alternating with orange peppers and lemon zest and juice. Finished off with a generous sprinkle of electric blue cornflowers from @steenbergltd and it’s ready!
