My Yazdi Cake has just been awarded 1 Star by the Guild of Fine Food, making this my 4th award—and I honestly couldn’t be prouder.
The judges said:
“Reveals itself to be moist, scented nicely with cardamom and rose too. The close texture holds the flavour well. A successful dessert.”
To have the flavours I’ve poured so much love into recognised like this means everything. Every bake, every refinement, every little detail has led to this moment.
As a small business owner, milestones like these are incredibly special—but I truly believe this is just the beginning.
