Crispy Vanilla Filo Cups with Almonds & Cranberries 

Delicate, buttery, crisp filo cups filled with nutty almonds, tart cranberries, and the warm aroma of Steenberg’s Organic Vanilla Extract — holiday elegance in a bite! 🎄🤎🍁

You’ll Need:

  • Filo pastry sheets
  • Melted butter or neutral oil (for brushing)
  • 2–3 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2–3 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1–2 tsp Steenberg’s Organic Vanilla Extract

How To:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Layer 2–3 sheets of filo, brushing each lightly with melted butter.
  3. Cut into squares and gently press into mini muffin tins to form cups.
  4. Mix chopped almonds, cranberries, and vanilla extract, then spoon into each filo cup.
  5. Bake 12–15 mins until golden and crisp.
  6. Let cool completely before removing from the tin so the cups hold their shape.
