🛒 You’ll Need
- 1 kg potatoes 🥔
- 2 tbsp olive oil (or goose fat for extra crispness!)
- 1 tsp ground turmeric ✨
- 2–3 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped 🌿
- 1 tsp sea salt 🧂
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½–1 tsp red chilli flakes 🌶️
👩🍳 How to Make
- Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).
- Parboil potatoes for 8–10 mins until slightly soft on the edges.
- Drain, shake gently to roughen them up (hello, crispy edges 👋).
- In your Saveur Nonstick Roasting Pan, add olive oil and heat in the oven for 5 mins.
- Toss in the potatoes, turmeric, rosemary, salt, pepper, and red chilli flakes — coat well in that golden oil! ✨
- Roast for 40–45 mins, turning halfway, until perfectly crisp and glowing.
