Made in the Saveur Nonstick Roasting Pan — perfect for all types of roasts, from Sunday classics to Christmas feasts 🎄

Infused with ground turmeric for rich golden colour 🌟 and tossed with fresh rosemary for unbeatable texture and aroma 🌿


🛒 You’ll Need

  • 1 kg potatoes 🥔
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or goose fat for extra crispness!)
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric ✨
  • 2–3 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped 🌿
  • 1 tsp sea salt 🧂
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½–1 tsp red chilli flakes 🌶️

👩‍🍳 How to Make

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).
  2. Parboil potatoes for 8–10 mins until slightly soft on the edges.
  3. Drain, shake gently to roughen them up (hello, crispy edges 👋).
  4. In your Saveur Nonstick Roasting Pan, add olive oil and heat in the oven for 5 mins.
  5. Toss in the potatoes, turmeric, rosemary, salt, pepper, and red chilli flakes — coat well in that golden oil! ✨
  6. Roast for 40–45 mins, turning halfway, until perfectly crisp and glowing.

🌟 To Serve

Scatter with a few extra rosemary sprigs and a pinch of sea salt flakes.
Crispy, aromatic, and with a touch of festive heat — perfect alongside any roast dinner! 🎅💛
