Biscoff Caramel Ice Cream

Biscoff addicts please raise your hand! 🙋🏻‍♀️  But really.  You NEED this in your life.  Minimal ingredients required.  AND  No ice cream machine is needed!
Do it.

💜 Ingredients: 

500ml of Whipping cream 600ml of Carnation Caramel

1 tsp of Flaky sea salt

150g of Lotus Biscoff Biscuits, chopped

5 tablespoons of Biscoff Spread, melted 


  1. Whip the cream until soft peaks form using an electric hand whisk or by hand. 
  2. Beat the caramel with the salt in a small bowl and then fold into the whipped cream.
  3. Break up the biscuits, or crush them in a bag with a rolling pin, then fold into the whipped cream along with the spread gently. Do not overmix or you won’t have biscoff spread marbling through your ice cream. 
  4. Spoon into a brownie tin or clean freezer plastic box and freeze for 4 hours or until solid. See?! No beating or churning required!
