I’m warning you all…these potatoes are seriously addictive, even more addictive than my Cypriot potatoes from last year (if you remember you know what I mean)!! Delicious, easy to whip up and totally lush. I could eat these all day…I’m not saying this is what I did…? but…here’s the recipe for you all featuring Niki’s Korean Blend…addictive…see. I said it again!
500g of potatoes, peeled and cut into thick chips ? A small handful of fresh dill, chopped 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric @steenbergsltd 1 teaspoon of Niki’s Korean Blend @steenbergsltd ?? 1 teaspoon of sea salt @steenbergsltd 2 tablespoons of olive oil
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees/gas mark 4 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, set aside.
2. Add your chips to your baking tray and add in all the ingredients, making sure to cover your potatoes in your seasoning. Bake for 25-30 minutes, tossing every now and again. Eat right away!
