You’ll Need:
- Rolled oats
- Chopped dried apricots
- Dried cranberries
- Pecans
- Crushed pistachios
- Cinnamon + a pinch of salt
- Maple syrup or honey
- Melted coconut oil
- Milk chocolate chips (add after baking!)
How To:
- Heat oven to 160°C.
- Mix oats, apricots, cranberries, pecans, pistachios, cinnamon + salt in a bowl.
- Stir in maple syrup/honey and coconut oil until everything is coated.
