Christmas Granola

You’ll Need:

  • Rolled oats
  • Chopped dried apricots
  • Dried cranberries
  • Pecans
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Cinnamon + a pinch of salt
  • Maple syrup or honey
  • Melted coconut oil
  • Milk chocolate chips (add after baking!)

How To:

  1. Heat oven to 160°C.
  2. Mix oats, apricots, cranberries, pecans, pistachios, cinnamon + salt in a bowl.
  3. Stir in maple syrup/honey and coconut oil until everything is coated.
  4. Spread evenly onto your SAVEUR SELECTS Rimmed Baking Tray Sheet — the non-stick surface makes it crisp up perfectly with zero fuss.
  5. Bake 20–25 mins, stirring halfway, until golden + toasty.
  6. Let cool completely (important!) then stir through the milk chocolate chips so they stay chunky and melty-but-not-melted.
