Crunchy Honey Garlic Soy Chicken Tenders

🍴 Serves:

2–3 · ⏱️ Prep: 15 min · Cook: 10 min

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 400g chicken tenders
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp plain (or gluten-free) flour
  • Salt & pepper
  • 3 tbsp neutral oil, vegetable oil works well
  • 3–4 cloves fresh garlic, minced coursely
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1½ tbsp white sesame seeds (plus extra for garnish)

🔥 Method

  1. Coat & fry: Toss chicken in cornflour, flour, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in your wok. Using Yosukata’s Wok Spatula, fry chicken until golden and crisp. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauce: With the Yosukata Spatula Turner, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil; simmer 1–2 min until glossy. Add the cornflour mixture to thicken and sesame seeds last.
  3. Serve: Using the Yosukata Ladle, pour the sauce generously over the cripsy chicken tenders. Be generous here!
  4. Garnish: Top with extra sesame seeds.  Serve hot.
