🧂 Ingredients:
- 400g chicken tenders
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp plain (or gluten-free) flour
- Salt & pepper
- 3 tbsp neutral oil, vegetable oil works well
- 3–4 cloves fresh garlic, minced coursely
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1½ tbsp white sesame seeds (plus extra for garnish)
🔥 Method
- Coat & fry: Toss chicken in cornflour, flour, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in your wok. Using Yosukata’s Wok Spatula, fry chicken until golden and crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Sauce: With the Yosukata Spatula Turner, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil; simmer 1–2 min until glossy. Add the cornflour mixture to thicken and sesame seeds last.
- Serve: Using the Yosukata Ladle, pour the sauce generously over the cripsy chicken tenders. Be generous here!
- Garnish: Top with extra sesame seeds. Serve hot.
